Dr. Peachee's journey to dentistry began at High Point University, where his academic and athletic excellence earned him a full scholarship. As a biology student, he became the 2010 Jr. National track and field champion, competing at the World Jr. Championship and earning all-American honors by placing top 5 at the NCAA championship finals in the 3000-meter steeplechase. During his time at HPU, Dr. Peachee discovered dentistry as the perfect fusion of artistic vision, technical precision, and his passion for serving others. He met his wife Lilla, a student athlete from Hungary and now an entrepreneur in business rebranding. After graduation, Dr. Peachee worked as a chemist in R&D before attending East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine, where he developed a deep appreciation for all facets of general dentistry. The couple's love for the Carolina coast made their move to eastern North Carolina an easy choice. When not providing dental care, Dr. Peachee enjoys fishing the intracoastal waterways with his wife.
Dr. Smith was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he participated in wrestling, soccer, and ballroom dancing as a youth. His path to dentistry began in high school when he got braces and realized the profound impact a confident smile can have on self-esteem and quality of life. After completing his dental prerequisites at the University of Utah, Dr. Smith earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2009. Following graduation, he served four years as an Army dentist before establishing his private practice in Leland, North Carolina. Dr. Smith is a member of the American Dental Association and North Carolina Dental Association, continuously pursuing advanced education to remain at the forefront of dental technology. Outside the office, he enjoys playing piano, coaching wrestling, diving, racquetball, mountain biking, and spending quality time with his wife Kenna and their three children—Teva, Olivia, and Marcus.
